Is money a Gorilla permit/pass refundable?

According to Uganda Wildlife Authority, one can reschedule to a future date only if the former planned date had not expired or the reschedule was done at least 7 days before the tracking date. For instance, if you were meant to trek on a certain date this year 2020, and for some reasons you postponed the tour, you can reschedule  to any future date up to one valid year ahead and the process of reschedule should be done a week before the former planned date was reached at. When to book the Gorilla permit/pass?

To be safe, you need to book your gorilla tracking permit at least three months in advance. When is the best time for Gorilla trekking and Safari to Uganda
