The 8 days tour in South Sudan and Uganda is a perfect match of the amazing cultures of South Sudan and Uganda’s number one wildlife safari. The trip starts from Juba the capital of the world’s youngest country, to the Mundari community, crossing to Uganda’s Murchison falls natioanal park for a game safari in the country’s biggest national park. Here you also get a chance to gaze at one of the world’s most powerful waterfall where the park derives its name Murchison Falls.

Day 1: Arrive in Juba
This is the arrival day in South Sudan, the world’s youngest country. You are received by our knowledgeable driver guide at the airport who is to brief you about the whole journey as he transfers you to a hotel in Juba town where you are to spend the night
Day 2: Drive to Mundari
The Mundari community is one of the most amazing tribes of South Sudan. On this day, you are to have an early breakfast and drive to Mundari. It’s roughly a four to five hour journey that exposes you to sights of the magnificent countryside of South Sudan. Arrival is in the evening for setting up the tents, dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Mundari cattle camp
On this day, after breakfast, visit the Mundari cattle cap, to experience the rare cattle rearing styles of the Mundari. The Mundari are very welcoming and hospitable. Here you will take beautiful photos, have cultural encounters with the people of Mundari tribe. You will dine on the local delicacies if you wish as you wait in the evening for the magical sunset photos at the cattle camp.
Day 4: Back to Juba
The fourth day is for travelling back to Juba town, another four to five hour journey enjoying the beautiful scenery along the road. Driving through South Sudan’s countryside is an amazing experience of its own.
Day 5: Drive to Gulu in Uganda
Today, after breakfast, start the journey Gulu. Today you cross the South Sudan boarder to enter Uganda the pearl of Africa. Arrival in Gulu city is in the evening for just checking in at the lodge, dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park
Early morning after breakfast, transfer to Murchison Falls national park, this is Uganda’s largest national park with more than 70 mammal species calling it a home. The park is also home to the early stages of the Nile River which is Africa’s longest river. Arrival here is still in the evening, the journey will have numerous stopovers
Day 7: Game drive and boat cruise on the Nile
Have a very early morning breakfast and head for a game drive in Murchison falls national park. Game drives in this park are ones that expose you to numerous wildlife species just at the start of the drive. You will spot the warthogs, elephants, lions, buffaloes, duikers, waterbucks, hyenas, and many others. Return to the lodge for lunch and afternoon boat cruise on the Nile. The cruise gives you a chance to spot the devil’s cauldron where huge sums of water squeeze up in a seven meter gorge to form a rainbow.
Day 8: Transfer to the airport
Today is the last day of the trip, transfer to the airport to catch up your flight back home.
