3 Days Mundari Tribe Tour in South Sudan

The 3 days  Mundari tribe tour in South Sudan is perfectly enough to explore this amazing culture. The trip starts in Juba city, then it takes you to Mundari territory where you immense into the diverse cultural beliefs here, especially at the  cattle camp. Accommodation in the cattle camp is basically camp tents, spacious comfortable tents; an experience totally outside your daily normal life.

Day 1: Arrival in Juba

Arrival in Juba. Meet our knowledgeable and informative guide. He is to brief you about the whole 3 days trip in South Sudan as he transfers you to a hotel where you will have diner and overnight.

Day 2: Juba – Mundari Cattle Camp (3h)

Breakfast. Morning visit to Konyo Konyo central market, best place to feel the pulse of the city. Lunch near the White Nile. After lunch we will relax and later in the afternoon we will drive to Mundari territory. Arrival at the Mundari cattle camp with several thousand heads of long horned cows and bulls. We will see the departure of the animals to their sleeping grounds by 6 pm in the evening. Meet the young Mundari and admire the tight relationship with their cattle. Sleep near the cattle camp.

Day 3: Mundari Cattle Camp – Juba – Flight back home (3h)

Breakfast. Early morning pictures of the magic awakening of the cattle camp. Farewell from the Mundari tribe and drive back to Juba. Last visits and shopping. At the appointed time transfer to the airport for international flight back home
