The 3 days Juba tour in South Sudan is one of the best things you can do in South Sudan, it gives you enough time to explore almost everything that is there to visit in Juba; Africa’s youngest yet fastest growing city with its neighboring state Terekeka. The first day you explore Juba town and second day Terekeka town. These 3 days are relatively enough for you to explore the amazing South Sudan.

Day 2: Juba – Terakeka – Juba (2h)

Day 3: Juba – Flight Back Home

Day 1: Juba

Arrival in Juba. Meet your guide and transfer to Pyramid Hotel, near the airport and the city center. After some rest tour around Konyo Konyo market where different types of South Sudanese tribal people can be met. The meat area is worth the visit despite the strong smell. Near this market it is possible to visit a Murle refugee camp to get a close idea of the effects of persisting tribal wars in this young African nation. Lunch in a Lebanese restaurant and afternoon visit to the old botanic garden in Juba’s old town. Dinner in the old town and overnight

Day 2: Juba – Terakeka – Juba

Breakfast and drive to Terakeka, former capital of Terakeka State, today part of Central Equatoria. It was a former Missionary and trading post along the White Nile and today it is a bustling cattle and fishing center. Upon arrival we will visit the old port with a couple of centenary ficus trees and we will explore the market where we can meet Mundari tribal people with interesting tribal marks and tainted hairdos.
